I’m Michael. The owner and founder of Winchester Fit Club! I'm a Personal Trainer, Run Leader with England Athletics and have a passion for using your own body as the one tool you need master to succeed in health and fitness.
I believe that fitness should be affordable, accessible to all and a foundation for a happy, healthy community and after moving to Winchester I found that this was missing. So, along with my wife Laura and Coach Andy we started this incredible club. It’s been a brilliant journey so far and I’m excited for what’s to come.
James White

I'm James and have been leading our running club since 2017. I'm a qualified Run Leader with England Athletics and am currently studying for my coaching qualifications.

I started running in 2012 and was soon hooked! I am also a passionate Park runner with over 300 runs completed to date. I am proud to be part of WFC!

Boogie Bounce Coach
Hi, I'm Clare. I am a Boogie Bounce Fitness Instructor and have been running classes in Winchester and Alresford for 4 years.

I have recently qualified in my level 3 personal training. I have taken part in a few coach take overs for Winchester fit club over the years and was excited to join the team. I would love fitness to be affordable and accessible to everyone!

I'm Candice (AKA Cands) and have been a part of WFC team since 2021 arranging Events and Fundraising.

I am passionate about organising events and have always been the planner amongst my friends and family. I love being creative and adding special touches to everything I do. "Life's too short to have boring parties!"
I am Michelle and I joined WFC during lockdown to increase my fitness and mix with "like-minded" people.

I am a creative person and come from a design background. Since joining WFC I have volunteered to help out with anything design. WFC is a fantastic community and I am proud to be a part of it!
Hi, I'm Becca. I live in Winchester with my husband and four kids. I am passionate about the effects of both food and exercise on physical and mental health.
I am training to be a Nutrition and Health Coach and I love being part of Winchester Fit Club.
