Thursdays Running Club
7pm Various Locations
The aim of our Running Club is to cater to all abilities and increase your running potential. Each session includes a warm-up and cool-down and will have a mix of strength, speed and endurance training. We include interval, pyramid, tempo runs, time trials and hill sessions. Coach James is our in-house Sir Mo Farah.
Saturday Kick Start
10am Winchester Lido
The self-proclaimed “Weekend Warrior Circuits” does exactly what it says on the tin. An hour of circuit infused body-weight exercises, the best way to start the weekend. We have some great Fit Clubbers who are waiting to show you the best way to squat your way to success. Coach Andy heads up the Warriors.
